Toyota considers Auris Hybrid

15th July 2009
Toyota has reinforced the rumours that they are considering a hybrid model of the already popular Auris. The Toyota Auris is currently built in UK and Turkey but unconfirmed report suggest that the majority of Auris Hybrid's would be built in the UK, a much-welcomed move for the UK motoring industry.

As car buyer interest sways to the more eco friendly vehicles Toyota is following the demand by producing more green motor cars. Toyota already produces the world's best selling hybrid with the Prius and a recent launch of the new version Prius petrol electric, Toyota is going from strength to strength in the eco friendly car market.
